Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Greek Tutor Me Online Lessons

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Students

• Students may cancel a scheduled tutoring session with advance notice. To cancel a session, please contact me at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled session time.
• If a cancellation is made within the twenty-four-hour notice period, the session will be considered used, and no refund will be provided.

Cancellation by the Tutor

• The tutor reserves the right to cancel a scheduled session with advance notice. In such cases, students will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund, according to their preference.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling by Students

• Students may request to reschedule a session with advance notice. To reschedule, please contact your tutor or our platform at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled session time.
• The rescheduled session should be arranged within a reasonable timeframe based on tutor availability.

Rescheduling by the Tutor

• The tutor may request to reschedule a session with advance notice, such as due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will have the option to agree to the rescheduled time or request a refund.

No-Show Policy

No-Show by Students

• If a student fails to attend a scheduled tutoring session without prior notice (i.e., no-show), the session will be considered used, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

No-Show by Tutors

• The tutor is expected to be punctual and adhere to scheduled session times. If the tutor is a no-show for a session without prior notice, the student will be offered a rescheduled session or a refund, according to their preference.

Emergency Situations

• In the case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances that prevent a student or tutor from attending a scheduled session, exceptions to this policy may be made. Contact me to discuss such situations.

Refund for Cancelled or Unfulfilled Sessions

• If a session is cancelled or unfulfilled due to reasons beyond the control of the student or tutor, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered to the affected party.

Changes to the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• I reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on my website, and the revised policy will apply to all sessions scheduled after the modification date.
