Refund Policy for Greek Tutor Me Online Lessons

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: I understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule your tutoring sessions. My refund policy is designed to be fair and reasonable. To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

• You have purchased Greek language tutoring services through our website.
• You requested a refund within the timeframe specified below.
• Your request falls within the scope of the refund conditions detailed in this policy.

Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be processed in the following situations:

• Cancellation of the tutoring session by the tutor.
• Technical issues or disruptions preventing the completion of the session.
• If, after the first session, you are dissatisfied with the service, inform me within three days of the session date.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact me at greekwithanna@gmail.com or +447728595999 and provide the following details:

• Your name and contact information.
• The date of booking the lesson.
• An explanation of the reason for the refund request.

I will review your request and notify you of my decision within seven working days.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed within three working days through the original payment method.

No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session. Without prior notification, cancellation fees at the hourly rate will apply. There are no refunds for lessons cancelled by the student for no valid reason. However, the courses are flexible regarding illness and holidays and can be rescheduled for another day if the customer gives the tutor at least α 24 hour notice of the cancellation, subject to availability.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled tutoring session without prior notice, you are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by the Student: Lessons are an hour long. However, the length of the tutoring session, if shorter or longer, will be determined by previous agreements between the student and the tutor. If you decide to cancel your Greek tutoring sessions, refunds are subject to the following terms:

• Payment is due before the start of the first session after the free introductory lesson with the tutor. A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Quality Assurance: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the tutoring services provided, please contact me within 48 hours of the session, and I will review your case. Refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
• Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact me at greekwithanna@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after approval.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that any processing fees or service fees associated with payment processing are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling Requests: Students may request to reschedule a tutoring session in accordance with the following conditions:

Notice Period: Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Availability: Rescheduled sessions are subject to the availability of the tutor. I will make every effort to accommodate your request, but I cannot guarantee the availability of a specific time or date.

Frequency: Each student can reschedule sessions up to three per month. Excessive rescheduling may result in additional charges or limitations on future rescheduling.

Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as technical issues, tutor unavailability, or other issues beyond your control or mine, I will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include rescheduling or refunds.
